A lovely fresh, clean, and zippy white,craftedin a way that really allows the grapes to shine. Colombard and Grenache Blanc both bring a nice citrusy element, with notes of lemon and lime particularly shining through, as well as bursts of green apple and a slightly minty green element. Meanwhile, Muscat brings pleasing grapey aromatics and adds a nicefruity dimension to this no-nonsense, highly drinkable white wine.

Christophe Muret is one of our favourite producers; reliablychurning out high quality, great value wines from the South of France, made in a sustainable way with love for the grapes and the local terroir. The vines for this project lie (unsurprisingly) between the mountains and the sea, with the fierce Tramontane wind, which funnels through the former into the latter, giving lift and freshness to the wines.
