Single-vineyard Chardonnay aged in a combination of old barrels and clay amphoras for one year. Notes ofcitrus zest, acacia blossom, and stony minerals. The palate is medium-bodied, round yet vibrant thanks to a saline undertone and a chiselled acidity.

Domaine de Thalie is a small estate in Clunisois founded in 2009 by Peter Gierszewski. Facing west, the estate cultivates Gamay, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah. Peter is one of the rare winegrowers in this micro-appellation of Mcon-Bray.From the start, he was keen to cultivate his vinesorganically. His peasant common sense, his love of the plant and his convictions naturally pushed him to adopt this method of cultivation. It is on these4.5 hectaresof vines that Peter can today, 10 years later, look back and admire the progress he has made.
