A one-litre juice bomb fromThe Durrmann family. Citrus (both juice and peel) come to play with exotic fruits like lychee and pineapple. A hint of fresh herbs and lovely texture. The Durrmanns make these lines without any sulphites, and they’ve been using a gentler touch in the winery since Yann, their son, took the lead on winemaking. They’re eco-warriors showcasingthe low-intervention side of Alsace.
