The couple who founded Elgin Ridge produce certified organic and biodynamic wines after selling their London IT business and following their long-time dream of winemaking. They prefer to rely on natural pest control, with ducks roaming the rows of grapes instead of chemical repellants. High on a hill close to the Atlantic, they have idyllic views and conditions for grape growing.
