A blend of red and white grapes makes a light, energetic, juicy wine. The red fruits mingle with a typical Tuscan earthiness and finish off with grippy tannins and notes of cherry and pepper. The name of this wine pays homage to the limestone-based Alberese soil that predominates in the Chianti area and to which the Sangiovese grape is so amenable.

Made by Daniele & Dario, the fourth generation at this biodynamic Tuscan estate. Within the range, they make a balanced mix of traditional Sangioveses along with experimental wines vinified in clay amphoras.
