A unique white made from a nearly-extinct variety called Rabigato. Native to the Douro, there are very few growers still championing this grape, and even fewer making a 100% Rabigato. Zippy and fresh with notes of lime peel, pithy fruit and a saline, mineral backbone all throughout (think oyster shells!). Finishing clean with good acidity.
