ORGANIC/VEGAN/ NATURAL /LOW SULPHITE

A blend of literally every grape variety Gentle Folk produce (22 in this vintage!), all basket-pressed, followed by a bit of barrel ageing, and blended after fermentation. No additives. This mystery blend is a juicy mix of acidity from the white grapes, with plump raspberry and crunchy red fruit notes and a dash of cinnamon spice for good measure. Lots of gorgeous texture and dimension. Weird and wonderful and fun.
