Medium-bodied, vibrant and bright, with notes of red cherry, plum and redcurrant. The fruit is fresh, juicy but concentrated at the same time, finishing with notes of spice and even tobacco. Mouthwatering acidity and young grippy tannins.

Parajes del Valle is a dynamic winery led by winemaker Mara Jover. At just 28, she brings a fresh, modern approach to Jumillas winemaking traditions. The winery works with certified organic grapes from old vines, spread across four plots: Fuente de las Perdices, La Caada de Albatana, and Trmino de Arriba in northern Jumilla. These vineyards are maintained under the traditional terraje system, where growers rent the land and return 7% of the harvest in exchange for tending the vines.
